Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate (Supabase, Stripe, Twilio)
ContractorAI Vendors: When you explicitly request quotes, we share relevant job details with contractors
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Dad App (DadAI), we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (the date and time and the consent language you agreed to). We use this information to send the conversational replies, reminders, account notifications, and nudges described in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with the subcontractors who support our messaging service (for example, our SMS provider, Twilio) is permitted solely so we can deliver the messages you requested. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and security measures to protect your data. Your data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security policies.

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

Children's Privacy

Dad App is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.
